It is a structured, independent review of your prior care to help you decide whether your next step makes sense before committing to another cycle.
At Empower Fertility, a second opinion focuses on understanding the following:
What has already been tried
How your body responded
What assumptions guided prior recommendations
Whether repeating a similar approach is appropriate
Sometimes the recommendation is to proceed as planned.
Sometimes it is to adjust the approach.
Sometimes it is to pause and gather more information.
The goal is not more treatment. The goal is a clearer decision.
What’s Included in the Second Opinion Review
Your Second Opinion Review includes a structured evaluation of your prior fertility care, with attention to clinical decisions and outcomes.

Second Opinion Review
The Second Opinion Review is offered as a flat-fee service to ensure a thoughtful, independent evaluation of your prior fertility care.
Fee: $450
This includes:
Review of submitted records
Clinical evaluation by our team
A written summary outlining potential next steps
If you choose to proceed with treatment at Empower Fertility, this fee may be applied toward care, depending on the treatment plan.
There is no obligation to proceed with treatment following a second opinion.
