2026 IVF Bridge Program for New Patients
The 2026 IVF Bridge Program is a limited-time, self-pay IVF option designed to help new patients move forward with treatment during a defined timeframe, without delays caused by insurance changes or benefit uncertainty.
What Is the IVF Bridge Program?
This program is intended for patients who are ready to proceed with IVF but may be experiencing insurance renewals, delayed benefits, or coverage changes at the start of the year. The IVF Bridge Program provides a clear payment window and treatment timeline so patients can make informed decisions based on their care — not insurance timing.
Program Timing & Structure
- Payment window: Full payment must be made between January 15 and February 15.
- Treatment deadline: All IVF cycles must be completed on or before May 15.
- Cycle limit: A maximum of two (2) IVF cycles may be completed.
- Medical exceptions: Timing adjustments may be made only if Dr. Rychlik determines a medical reason to delay treatment.
Program Pricing
The IVF Bridge Program is offered at a self-pay rate of $10,500 per IVF cycle. This fee covers clinical and laboratory services associated with the IVF cycle.
IVF medications are prescribed by your care team but obtained through an external specialty pharmacy and are not included.

- Patients who completed a new patient consultation with Dr. Rychlik in 2026 and have not yet begun treatment remain eligible.

A Note From the Empower Fertility Team
The IVF Bridge Program reflects our commitment to supporting patients when timing and access to care matter most.
Over the past several months, many patients have entered the new year expecting changes in insurance coverage, only to experience renewals, delays, or benefits that did not arrive when anticipated. When you’re ready to move forward with fertility treatment, that uncertainty can be deeply frustrating.
From both a clinical and operational perspective, we know that timing matters. Fertility treatment depends on thoughtful planning at every step — from cycle preparation through retrieval and transfer. Each decision is made carefully and intentionally.
We do not believe that this level of thoughtfulness should be disrupted by administrative delays when there is a safe and appropriate way to move forward.
This program exists because we are able to offer it — and because we want patients to make decisions for their family on their timeline.
